Biography

Mitchell has been practicing law since 1980. His practice is focused primarily on complex commercial litigation, commercial landlord tenant matters, creditor representation in bankruptcies, business work-outs, contract negotiation and formation, business counseling and commercial foreclosures.

Mitchell graduated from Rutgers University in 1973. During his attendance at the University of Texas, where he attained his J.D. in 1980, Mitchell was Note Editor of the Texas Law Review.
