Guillermo Todd concentrates in real estate law and commercial lending. His practice involves in representing banks, other financial institutions, and life insurance companies in structuring, negotiating and documenting various types of loans, including construction loans, permanent loans, bridge loans and revolving line-of-credit loans secured by real estate, accounts receivable, inventory, equipment, and aircraft. He also counsels developers, property owners, landlords and tenants in the negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, title and survey matters and commercial leases. He also has significant experience representing lenders in connection with debt restructuring, foreclosures and distressed real estate, and the disposition of REO properties and note sales.

When not in the office, Guillermo enjoys cycling, visiting baseball parks, and spending time with his wife, Lillian, and his sons, Eduardo and Tyson.
